1. Introduction

1.1 The 4EasyStudy website helps students find tutors, tutors to market their services, and students to book and pay for lessons. These terms and conditions apply to students and tutors unless otherwise specified.

1.2 The 4EasyStudy website is owned and operated by 4EasyStudy LLC, a limited liability company registered in Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, UAE. The registered office is at Sharjah Media City, Free Zone Authority, Sharjah, UAE.

2. 4EasyStudy Rights & Responsibilities

2.1 To facilitate tutor-student connections through advertising, booking, and management platforms.

2.2 To notify users of any planned maintenance or downtime.

2.3 To verify tutor identities and qualifications where possible.

2.4 To send notifications regarding bookings, confirmations, and cancellations via email and the website.

2.5 To process payments and refunds promptly, typically within 10-14 days.

2.6 To handle complaints in accordance with these terms and conditions.

2.7 To protect user information appropriately.

3. Student Responsibilities

3.1 Students must be 18 or older to book tutors; minors must have parental consent.

3.2 Students must provide accurate and updated contact details.

3.3 Students must confirm bookings within the specified timeframe.

3.4 Students must not attempt to bypass the 4EasyStudy system.

3.5 Students must provide tutors with the correct lesson location.

3.6 Students must verify tutors' qualifications and references.

3.7 Students must ensure they have the necessary equipment for online lessons.

3.8 Cancellations: Students may cancel any booking without charge if done at least 4 hours before the lesson starts. Otherwise the lesson should be paid in full amount. Tutors may cancel scheduled lessons at least 4 hours before the lesson starts. Lessons cannot be canceled after they have started.

4. Payment

4.1 The lesson fee is displayed at the time of booking and is collected in AED.

4.2 The fee includes both the tutor's rate and 4EasyStudy's service charge.

4.3 Payments are processed via payment platform or bank transfer 24 hours maximum after the class is done.

5. Complaints & Missed Lessons

5.1 Students must report complaints within 96 hours.

5.2 Tutors have 48 hours to respond to complaints.

5.3 If a tutor fails to attend a scheduled lesson, the student will be refunded.

5.4 4EasyStudy is not liable for disputes between students and tutors but will mediate where possible.
